‘Propaganda team’ uses contrived Pentagon fight to derail 9/11 Truth movement

Ryan, Chandler, Legge and the rest of the gang would have us believe this is a picture of a plane crash.

By Craig McKee

It has been a very good year for the small but relentless group that wants evidence of a faked plane crash at the Pentagon on 9/11 taken off the table.

The group has scored a series of victories in recent months that have hurt the Truth movement and created a “lowest-common-denominator” approach to evidence and to building the case against the official story.

The clique in question includes Kevin Ryan, David Chandler, Jonathan Cole, Frank Legge, Jim Hoffman, Victoria Ashley, Chris Sarns, Justin Keogh, Michael Wolsey, Gregg Roberts, Erik Larson, and several others who have become “respectable” members of the movement (we know they are because they regularly endorse each other and cite each other’s “research”).

For a decade, we’ve seen an orchestrated and determined effort by this small clique to steer the 9/11 Truth (more…)

Two quit in protest after Zarembka dumped from Consensus 9/11 Panel

The objective of the Panel is to create a bank of points refuting individual elements of the official story.

By Craig McKee

Two members of David Ray Griffin’s Consensus 9/11 Panel have quit in protest following the dismissal of fellow member Paul Zarembka.

Journalist and author Barrie Zwicker and Pilots For 9/11 Truth core member Shelton Lankford resigned from the Panel last week in solidarity with Zarembka (author of The Hidden History of 9-11) and over disagreements the three have with Griffin and Panel co-founder Elizabeth Woodworth about how the project is being administered.

“I felt Paul’s treatment was kind of a last straw,” Lankford said in an interview. “For me the Consensus Panel process was functioning as a gatekeeper, and evidence deemed controversial was not going to be (more…)

Hollywood 9/11 feature to favour human drama and ‘safe’ evidence

By Craig McKee

Can you make an “uplifting” Hollywood movie about 9/11? Should you try?

If your goal is to encourage people to question the official story, should you focus on the human cost of this horrific event with an eye to making the film a successful piece of dramatic entertainment? What evidence should be examined and what should be left out to avoid controversy within the Truth movement and condemnation from the media?

These questions haven’t been simple ones for first-time screenwriter Howard Cohen, who has written the script for A Violation of Trust (original title: Confession of a 9/11 Conspirator). The setting is the first day of a fictitious new (more…)

Sanctions in Gallop 9/11 lawsuit send a message: seek justice at your own risk

By Craig McKee

The message is loud and clear. Go after justice for 9/11 in the courts, and not only will you lose, you’ll be punished.

That’s what April Gallop and her lawyer, William Veale, found out as their lawsuit against former vice-president Dick Cheney, former secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld, and former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Richard Myers concluded with a final slap in the face. This came in the form of a $15,000 fine levied against Veale for filing a “frivolous” appeal (the appeal had already been turned down in April of last year).

The decision was handed down by a three-judge panel headed by Justice John M. Walker, who just happens to be George W. Bush’s cousin – proving that the American justice system has a twisted sense of humour at times. (more…)

The 9 biggest 9/11 stories of 2011: old fights and new directions

By Craig McKee

Paul Simon stepped to the microphone at Ground Zero and something amazing happened.

The legendary singer/songwriter had been asked to sing the non-threatening Bridge Over Troubled Waters at the ceremony for 9/11’s 10th anniversary ceremonies in New York, but he didn’t. Instead, he launched into a haunting version of another classic that begins, “Hello darkness, my old friend.” Simon had decided that the most appropriate statement for this occasion would come from (more…)

Griffin’s embrace of CIT critics a setback for 9/11 Pentagon research

By Craig McKee

Over the past several years, David Ray Griffin has set the highest standard for 9/11 research. He has looked at the entire official story, showing us how every aspect of it fails to stand up to scrutiny.

His approach has been just right, and 9/11 Truth would not have achieved a fraction of what it has without his efforts.

For the first time in those 10 years, however, there’s a “but.”

His presentation at the Toronto 9/11 hearings last week on “anomalies” of flights 77 and 93 introduced some troubling elements to his position that weren’t there before. And I fear the (more…)

Obama and the media use bin Laden’s ‘death’ to further 9/11 lie

By Craig McKee

Buried at sea? I can’t believe people are buying this.

Around the world, misled individuals are celebrating the death of the man blamed for the 9/11 false-flag operation. Many are even thinking it will make a difference to the war on terror. It won’t, of course, because that phantom war will continue until it isn’t needed anymore by the global elite. And that won’t happen until another phoney enemy is in place.

My optimistic side hopes that this lie is so obvious that even those who bought the idea that 9/11 was a terrorist attack might see through it. But that isn’t guaranteed, especially with all the major media in America marching in lockstep.

We’ve seen how the U.S. government turned 9/11 into two wars and an all-out assault on the (more…)

Insult to injury: court denies 9/11 plaintiff’s appeal, threatens sanctions

April Gallop with fellow 9/11 Truth activist William Rodriguez.

By Craig McKee

April Gallop’s legal battle to expose the real perpetrators of 9/11 is over. And now the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit wants to turn the tables on the former U.S. Army specialist.

On Wednesday, the court dismissed Gallop’s appeal in a decision that came complete with sarcasm, conflict of interest, and obvious bias. The decision also came with a threat of sanctions on the basis that the case was frivolous and should never have been appealed in the first place.

Gallop launched her suit against former vice-president Dick Cheney, former secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld, and former of the Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Richard Myers in 2008. She sought damages for injuries she and her son suffered during the alleged plane (more…)

The fix is in: Bush cousin presides over 9/11 suit against Cheney, Rumsfeld, Myers

Walker: he’ll decide if case against his cousin’s friends goes forward.

By Craig McKee

No, it’s not a joke.

A 9/11 lawsuit against former high officials in the Bush White House is being presided over by a cousin of former president George W. Bush – a shocking and blatant conflict of interest that should embarrass even believers in the official story.

George W. Bush’s cousin, Judge John M. Walker of the 2nd Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, is part of a three-judge panel hearing the case of April Gallop vs. former vice-president Dick Cheney, former defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld and former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Richard Myers.

The case has been ignored by the mainstream media in the weeks leading up to it going to court April 5. And most media have ignored the developments concerning the involvement of Judge Walker. One exception is CNBC, which carried (more…)

Out of the loop? The absurd story of Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Richard Myers on 9/11

Rumsfeld and Myers: both claimed they were “in meetings.”

By Craig McKee

They were busy with other things.

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and acting chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Richard Myers, claim they were in meetings and that they weren’t told that their country was under attack until it was too late. The most incredible thing is that people actually believe them.

In this article, I’ll take a look at the whereabouts of General Myers that morning and why I contend that his claim to have been otherwise occupied is beyond belief.

On that morning, the general claimed to be meeting with Georgia Senator Max Cleland on Capitol Hill to discuss his upcoming confirmation hearing. Myers says he heard about the first plane impact at the World Trade Center (which occurred at 8:46 a.m.) before the meeting started, but assumed it was an accident. And get this: no one told him about the second tower (more…)
