On ruining America and the world: new book marks a return to 9/11 for Truth Movement’s most prolific author

By Craig McKee

It would have taken a miracle. A bunch of them, actually.

For the official story of 9/11 to be true, numerous physically impossible things would have to have taken place that day. This is the case made by prolific 9/11 researcher David Ray Griffin in his latest book, Bush and Cheney: How They Ruined America and the World. It is the 12th Griffin-penned volume that takes on the official government claims of what happened—and did not happen—on 9/11. It also marks his return to (more…)

Dishonest attacks on Griffin like a blueprint for how the uninformed and intolerant defend the official story

Freethinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without prejudice and without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, privileges, or beliefs. The state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking… – Leo Tolstoy

For the most part, I’m getting better at staying out of Facebook fights with idiots, trolls, and those who think the word “conspiracy” is their go-ahead to try stand-up comedy.

Better, not perfect.

On the 16th anniversary of 9/11 last week, I decided to spend the day sharing articles and memes I’d created about this massive and devastating false flag deception. I also dared to comment on a friend’s tongue-in-cheek Facebook post about 9/11, leading me into a somewhat predictable marathon (more…)

Beyond their wildest dreams: 9/11 and the American Left

On November 23, 1963, the day after John F. Kennedy’s assassination, Fidel Castro gave a talk on Cuban radio and television.[1] He pulled together, as well as he could in the amount of time available to him, the evidence he had gathered from news media and other sources, and he reflected on this evidence.

The questions he posed were well chosen: they could serve as a template for those confronting complex acts of political violence.  Were there contradictions and absurdities in the story being promoted in the U.S. media? Who benefitted from the assassination? Were intelligence agencies claiming to know more than they could legitimately know? Was there (more…)

Harper’s election failure creates cracks in the global war on terror

After taking his vow of office, Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau introduced his new cabinet. Canada’s triumphant leader rightfully boasted that the new face of his government authentically reflects Canada’s multicultural population.  Moreover half of his appointees are women. One of them, Jody Wilson-Raybould, is a member of the Kwakwaka’wakw First Nation as well as Canada’s first Aboriginal Minister of Justice.

Another striking appointment is that of Maryam Monsef. Age 30, Ms. Monsef is the youngest Minister as well as the first Muslim ever to hold a cabinet position in Canada’s executive branch. Monsef emigrated from Afghanistan when she was 11 years old. Trudeau assigned to the youthful (more…)

Major coup for AE911Truth – American Institute of Architects green lights Building 7 vote

By Craig McKeeAIA Atlanta

Sometimes it really pays to be persistent.

That’s what Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth found out this week when the organization achieved something truly remarkable. It succeeded in getting a commitment from the largest association of architects in the U.S. to debate and vote on a resolution supporting an investigation into the destruction of World Trade Center Building 7 on Sept. 11, 2001.

The vote will take place at the annual convention of the American Institute of Architects, May 14-16, in Atlanta, GA. (If you’re not sure how much of a big deal this convention is, the keynote (more…)

Not a shred of evidence that any 9/11 ‘hijackers’ boarded any planes

Atta and al-Omari in Portland: note two different time stamps.

Atta and al-Omari in Portland: note two different time stamps.

By Craig McKee

To believe the official story of 9/11 you have to swallow an awful lot. You have to believe the laws of physics can be suspended for a day, that planes can disappear after crashing, and that Muslims accused of being suicide hijackers can still be alive after the deed is done.

About that last one. Essential to the deception was the premise that 19 Muslim extremists hijacked four domestic flights on the morning of September 11, 2001 with the intention of flying them into predetermined targets.

But do we really know who these alleged hijackers were? Do we know they carried out any hijackings? Do we know they were even at the scenes of the crimes? In fact, as researcher Elias Davidsson demonstrates in his recent book Hijacking America’s Mind on 9/11: Counterfeiting Evidence, there is not one shred of authenticated evidence that any of the 19 men blamed for the “attacks” ever boarded any planes. And even if there were, this would not prove they participated in (more…)

CNN launches cartoonish assault on AE911Truth over alternative 9/11 museum pamphlets

CNN: Turn That Frown Upside Down — CNN’s "Yellow Journalism

I was invited this week to write a commentary on a recent episode of CNN’s The Lead for the web site of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. The substance of that article has been incorporated into this one, but new material has also been added.

The 9/11 Truth movement is under attack once again – but this time there’s more good news than bad.

It seems that Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth’s decision to distribute “alternative” pamphlets at the site of the new National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City has pushed the media into a flurry of hysterical attacks against “truthers” (they call us “so-called truthers”) and what the media love to (more…)

Egypt’s president a 9/11 truther: less America-centrism offers hope for Truth movement

Morsi suspects there is a much more to the crimes of Sept. 11, 2001 than we’ve been told.

I’m extremely pleased that media critic and journalist Barrie Zwicker, one of the most respected names in the 9/11 Truth movement, has accepted my invitation to write an article specifically for Truth and Shadows. -Craig McKee

By Barrie Zwicker (Special to Truth and Shadows)

In Canada, mainly because of the generality of mass media output, it’s hard to avoid being sucked into America-centrism. For instance the world pretty well has to grind to a halt every four years in deference to the ever more delusional U.S. election circus. For my part I confess to having watched two of the U.S. TV debates. An old friend, upon learning this, rightly admonished me: “Migawd man, you’ll never get back those 180 minutes!”

In a more ongoing way, many of us in the 9/11Truth movement in North America may be too involved with 9/11Truth in an America-centric way. Again, I do not exempt myself. Most of my Truther friends are American, (more…)

Free form 9/11: diverse voices make Vancouver Hearings messy but intriguing

By Craig McKee

There was definitely no “party line” at the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings.

The opinions offered by 19 presenters over three days were diverse, with some openly disagreeing with each other both in their presentations and in question-and-answer sessions. Some may feel that the lack of a common front at these hearings was a problem; I don’t think that’s true.

One thing that was clear from the outset was that organizers Jim Fetzer (pictured above) and Joshua Blakeney were making no effort to emulate last September’s Toronto 9/11 Hearings – apart from the quasi-judicial structure. Where Toronto was safe and controlled, Vancouver was unpredictable (more…)

‘Propaganda team’ uses contrived Pentagon fight to derail 9/11 Truth movement

Ryan, Chandler, Legge and the rest would have us believe this is a picture of a plane crash.

May 21, 2012

By Craig McKee

It has been a very good year for the small but relentless group that wants evidence of a faked plane crash at the Pentagon on 9/11 taken off the table.

The group has scored a series of victories in recent months that have hurt the Truth movement and created a “lowest-common-denominator” approach to evidence and to building the case against the official story.

The clique in question includes Kevin Ryan, David Chandler, Jonathan Cole, Frank Legge, Jim Hoffman, Victoria Ashley, Chris Sarns, Justin Keogh, Michael Wolsey, Gregg Roberts, Erik Larson, and several others who have become “respectable” members of the movement (we know they are because they regularly endorse each other and cite each other’s “research”).

For a decade, we’ve seen an orchestrated and determined effort by this small clique to steer the 9/11 Truth (more…)
